COR Architects is a Sunshine Coast, Queensland based design practice directed by architect Michael Cornish. Established and based on the Sunshine Coast, COR Architects serves to deliver buildings that positively contribute to the future sustainability and liveability of the Sunshine Coast region, the state and the greater Australian community.

Our Philosophy.
We have experience in all stages of project procurement from the beginning of a project through to completion. This includes pre-design/ briefing, concept, developed design, construction documentation, tendering and contract administration. We are able to provide flexibility within our scope of services to meet the project brief and client’s requirements.

Michael is a registered architect with over 10 years of experience working in the offices of several design and architectural practices, including a long association with award winning Sparks Architects, where he was an associate architect. Born and raised on the Sunshine Coast, Michael is passionate about the about the Sunshine Coast region.Michael brings a cohesive and natural approach to each project and enjoys the process of collaboration with the client, consultants and greater project team.
